Data collected
The application form may collect your TikTok username, age, country, languages, LIVE experience, availability, goals, email address, optional phone number and project description. The Frérots Assistant collects the name, email address and messages needed to answer your request.
Purposes and legal basis
This information is used to review an application, answer a request, follow up a conversation, measure the application journey in aggregate, prevent abuse and secure the website. Depending on the situation, processing is based on consent, requested pre-contractual steps or the legitimate interest of securing the service.
Retention periods
The retention policy sets a maximum of 24 months for applications and conversations, 13 months for internal analytics and 24 months for security logs, unless a legal duty or dispute requires otherwise. Automated deletion applies once the operator enables it after a backup and approval of these periods; deletion may also be requested at any time. The token used to retrieve a conversation on this device expires after 30 days.
Recipients
Data is available only to authorised LFDLV team members and, where technically necessary, hosting or email providers acting under their own obligations. It is not sold to advertisers.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Send your request to contact@lesfrerotsdelavie.pro. Proof of identity may be requested only where necessary to secure the request. You may also contact the French data protection authority, CNIL.
Security
The website uses appropriate measures including enforced HTTPS, secure sessions, administrator access controls, CSRF protection, prepared database queries, rate limits, upload validation, expiring chat tokens and storage of secrets in a non-public .env file.
